This provides legal cover and assistance for your Taxi insurance, and is available in two levels of cover.

Legal Protection
In the event of a claim this will provide up to £100,000 of legal cover and will assist you to exercise your legal right to recover: Policy excesses, Loss of earnings, Personal injury damages, Repair costs to your vehicle, Vehicle hire charges, Damage to personal effects, Vehicle recovery, Storage charges and Out of pocket expenses. In addition the policy also includes free advice on legal matters, tax, speeding and bus lane violations.

Absolute
This policy covers all the above and also includes a cash payment for up to 7 days following a fault accident subject to terms and conditions of the policy, or in some areas, may provide cover for a replacement working vehicle. Other benefits include licence protection, legal defence for motor prosecutions brought against you, and assistance with motor contract disputes.
